This appointment is for standard notarization of 1–4 documents. Common documents include affidavits, powers of attorney, letters, agreements, and similar forms. By booking, you agree that the signing location is within one of the cities listed in the service type. Please note: the notary may arrive up to 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment due to travel time.
Fee: $75 travel fee plus $15 per notarized signature. The travel fee is due and non-refundable once the notary is en route or if notarization cannot be completed due to missing California requirements. Payment is due before or at the appointment and may be made by cash, Venmo, Zelle, or card (processing fee applies).

Signer must present valid government-issued photo ID. If your ID is something other than a valid, unexpired U.S. driver’s license/ID or U.S. passport, please call for guidance. All signer(s) must be present, willing, of sound mind, and able to communicate directly with the notary. Please inform us of any language needs when scheduling. No translators are permitted.
Documents must be fully completed with no blank spaces and all pages present. Do not sign until the notary arrives. If your document requires witnesses, they must be present at the appointment.
If notarization cannot be completed for the reasons above, or due to suspected fraud, the travel fee remains due.

Please arrive exactly at your scheduled appointment time to ensure privacy and allow enough time to complete each return, as there is no waiting area and appointments are booked back-to-back . The office is located at 614 Vista Del Monte, Hemet, CA 92543; the entrance is on the right side of the garage. Bring all tax documents, including your photo ID, W-2s, 1095 health insurance forms, 1099s, and any other income documents. New clients (or anyone new being added to a return) must also bring Social Security cards for everyone listed, birth certificates and proof of residency for dependents, and the last two years of tax returns. Payment is due at the appointment. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice; a $75 fee may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments.
